At MRO Electro Spares, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted.
1. Return Window & Important Conditions
- We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
- If visible damage is noticed on the package at the time of delivery, do not accept the shipment.
- Clearly mention “Damaged Product” on the Proof of Delivery (POD) and reject the shipment.
- Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving the shipment.
- In case of short supply, wrong product, or damaged items inside the box, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by Email to: customercare@mroelectrospares.com with proof of unboxing video/photographs.
- No return or refund will be applicable beyond the return window.

4. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, tags, and components must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is mandatory.
5. Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, modification, or failure to follow usage guidelines.
- Custom-manufactured or made-to-order products, unless found defective.
- Logistics, shipping, and handling charges for non-defective returns (borne by the buyer).
- Products specifically marked as “No Returns” on the product page.
6. Pickup, Refund & Processing Timeline
- If your return request is approved, our courier partner will arrange pickup after case verification.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days from the date of receipt of returned material and verification at our office.
- Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment, unless otherwise communicated.
7. Product-Specific Exceptions
For certain product categories:
- No return policies may apply.
- These conditions will be clearly mentioned on the product detail page.
- Customers are advised to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
