Domestic Shipping Policy (India)
Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business working days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.
- In case of a significant delay, our team will proactively contact you with an update.

Shipping charges (GST applicable extra) are calculated based on shipment weight and selected shipping mode and are displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number or courier docket number.
- Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- MRO Electro Spares is not responsible for any customs duties, government levies, or taxes applied to your order.
- Any additional charges incurred during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
